We are recruiting for a full time administrative assistant to work at our head office in Belper, Whites Community Care LTD is Domiciliary care provider supporting clients in their own home.

We are looking for a helpful, confident, trustworthy professional who has the capability to use their own initiative.

We need someone who can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and has a strong aptitude for organising a fast-paced office, Previous experience of working to tight deadlines in a similar role and an understanding of staff rotas, staff recruitment, sage payroll and CQC compliance would be beneficial in this role.

Experience in minute taking and a general understanding of HR procedures.

The successful applicant should have a good level of education with proficient written and verbal communication skills with accurate typing skills and a strong working knowledge of ICT and data input systems. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and Data Entry Systems is required.

Understanding or experience with sage and purchase ledger and data entry.

Professional telephone manner is a must as you will be portraying the company as the first point of contact.

The administration assistant will report directly to the Registered Manager and or the Company Directors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

- BELPER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
