Our mission is to deliver freshly baked sourdough and pastries throughout the city, 7 days a week. We're offering a unique opportunity for the right individual to join us as an Experienced Packer. This role is crucial to our operations, and we're looking for reliable and enthusiastic team players eager to join our growing team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Preparing and packing orders with precision and efficiency
- Making and organising packing supplies for the following day
- Organising orders for pickup by the delivery team
- Recording any stock issues to maintain accurate inventory
- Ensuring a clean and tidy workspace for a smooth workflow

**Requirements**:

- Reliable team player
- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Autonomous problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail

**Availability**:

- Shifts are from 4am - 8am, 7 days a week
- Ideal availability for 5 shifts a week, Monday to Sunday
- We are moving to Musselburgh at the start of March, so ability to travel to the new site is a must
