Finance Apprentice

Due to growth in the finance department, we have a requirement for a Finance Apprentice, to come and join us, on a hybrid basis with visits to our Kintore, Aberdeenshire site.

The Finance Apprentice will provide general administrative and transactional support to the Finance Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing high volume of Accounts Payable transactions to the finance system, reconcile supplier statements, review and approve submitted expenses
- Responding to supplier queries promptly and efficiently
- Review and monitor Open PO’s and GRNI report
- Provide administrative support to the wider finance team as required
- HSEQ - compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, and the Company’s management system.
- Develop strong working relations with key stakeholders - suppliers, colleagues etc.
- To be a positive ambassador for Motive Offshore Group Ltd.

**Required skills / knowledge**:

- Have an interest and desire to develop a career in Accounting
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrate professionalism, maturity and discretion
- Ability to work within a team
