Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our busy admissions team.

Sefton Park is a residential treatment centre in Weston Super Mare offering clients with substance misuse the support and opportunity to achieve a new life free of substances. Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a team member who is professional in their communication style, while remaining empathic and supportive of our clients.

Day to Day Activities
- First point of contact for all enquiries.
- Prompt response to enquiries, with provision of relevant information.
- Processing of referrals and arranging assessments.
- Gathering of all supporting information, including liaison with supporting professionals, such as GP surgeries, mental health and criminal justice support.
- Communication of all relevant information within the Sefton Park teams.
- Management of admissions document and client information.
- Maintenance of our Client Management System.
- Management of bed allocation.
- Registration of new clients with local GP surgery.
- Provision of all relevant information to clients and answering any questions they have.
- Regular contact and support with clients throughout the process.
- Liaison throughout with care managers.
- Maintenance of our company training system.

Qualifications and Skills
- Good level of English Language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- IT literate with good typing skills and confidence using a range of Microsoft Programmes, and adaptability to become proficient using our Client Management System (training provided).
- Team player.
- Flexible working.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to prioritise a demanding work load.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£13.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
