The individual should have the skills, techniques and personality be able to liaise with and influence a variety of stakeholders, including those from 3rd party suppliers, data, technical/digital, legal, procurement, finance and clinical background.
- Project management, Applications Management.
- Data capture, analysis and reporting
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Contract and Financial management
- MS Office (Particularly Excel)
- A good awareness of the NHS and its processes.
- Develop a data set of critical pieces of information to be captured and collated through discussion with key stakeholders.
- Working with stakeholders to understand and document opportunities for existing system/process optimisation and agree associated actions plans
- Documenting system management processes, workforce and service level agreements
- Working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support contract negotiation
- Working with stakeholders to progress and document digital/clinical/data assessments
- Documenting and reporting on financial information such as maintenance/support costs.
- Establish formal governance to authorise and oversee the delivery of the agreed plans with associated reports

This is a 12 month assignment and you will be working through an Umbrella company. The role will be Hybrid home and office based in Yorkshire.
