Accounting Partnership Manager

NSTR is recruiting for an Accounting Partnership Manager, responsible for the relationship management of the accounting partners within the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ongoing relationship development of all accountants
- Consistent point of contact for accountant queries
- Responsible for management of accountant partner activity and internal interactions
- Deliver meetings with accountant partners and deliver technical updates to targeted Accountants without additional support
- Deliver training on internal systems, Elevation and other processes
- Complete selected client assessment meetings
- Develop processes for quarterly contact with select accounting partners
- Support with management of larger, key accountant partners
- Management of PfP Accounting Partners

**Requirements**:

- Ideally you have experience in an accountancy or financial background
- Experience in building relationships with accountants
- You must be highly numerate, confident and an excellent communicator
- Aproven track record in managing key relationships
