Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting one of our Global clients based in Sheffield to identify an Internal Recruiter. Supporting on all vacancies with an emphasis on Tech and Software roles, the role will report into the Head of Talent in the US and will work as part of the HR team in the UK. The business will consider applicants on both an interim or permanent basis.

Responsible for the delivery of all areas of the recruitment & selection process throughout the UK and EMEA regions this is a 360 role supporting on all aspects of recruitment from preparation of recruitment plans, establishing links with local providers through both traditional resourcing strategies and developing new and innovative approaches to attract the right calibre of employee.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and implement all recruiting initiatives supporting hiring managers
- Manage all recruitment administration, facilitation and compliance
- Develop job descriptions, person specs and adverts
- Develop external networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, universities and employee referrals

Ideal Experience:

- Substantial experience working as a recruiter within a Software, technology based sector
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- PC Literate - Knowledge of the Microsoft Office software Packages, ATS systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and communication skills
