Responsible for the recording, circulating and filing of circulars, notices, documents and reports to the relevant people across the relevant disciplines
- Deal with GP and smear taker queries and also deal with confidential sensitive and possible contentious information about staff or service performance within the region
- Undertaking the role of the Screening Link Person within the department, liaising and communicating with all other Link Person within GP Surgeries and Community Clinics and other relevant organisations.
- Provide a confidential and comprehensive secretarial service including, word processing, filing, audio typing, photocopying, note taking, faxing and the drafting of letters
- Working in collaboration with the Screening team to manage the DATIX incident reporting system
