Joiner

**Your new role**You will work independently as a multi-skilled joiner, carrying out a range of repairs including, hanging doors, fitting locks, replacing skirting boards and flooring, and general fabric repairs. You may also be responsible for the installation of furniture,some light painting and ensuring the general maintenance of the properties.
**What you'll need to succeed**You will ideally need to be a qualified joiner with a NVQ level 2/3 qualification or equivalent. You will need to have a full driving licence as the role will require travel to various different areas, and have a valid CSR card. If you have previous maintenanceexperience on either commercial or domestic properties, this would also be desirable.
- Responsible for competently fault-finding on domestic properties, including
- Repairing of doors and windows
- Lock repairs and replacements
- Flooring
- Stud wall installation
- Roofing repairs
- Soffits and facia repairs and replacements
- Carry out Health and Safety checks on all equipment and jobs
- Record keeping, maintaining a site diary and photographic records.
- Assist in the resolution of customer queries and complaints
- Assess what works are required in individual properties and relay this back to Administration
- Provide Technical advice and guidance to all aspects of the business
- Adhering to health and safety practices at all times.
- Be able to work autonomously and take responsibility
