Board Member - **The Role**:
Right2Work is a growing and thriving organisation, a Community Interest Company (CIC) and wholly-owned subsidiary of The Oaklea Trust, a registered charity.

The work we do includes, assisting learners move closer to work and sustaining work. We also aim to develop stronger communities by providing projects that promote well-being and environmental sustainability.

Our Right2Work Board help set our direction and associated strategies, monitor our performance and oversee risk and audit to ensure we are well-positioned to deliver a quality experience for our learners and wider community.

You will provide strong, focussed governance to our organisation and bring a breadth of experience and specialist knowledge that helps shape our success.

We are looking to recruit a new enthusiastic person with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Marketing and sales
- Fundraising
- Financial planning and strategic management.

These skills are sought to ensure we have a balanced group of individuals on our Board.

Right2Work recompenses Directors for valid travel and subsistence expenses incurred. We also provide training to all new Directors and allow a period of three months to try out your new role.

The minimum commitment is four hours every other month, the maximum is as much as you can give.
