Hyndburn Leisure is a leisure & culture charity, based in Hyndburn with a strategic vision to improve the health & wellbeing of local people. As a not-for-profit company, all profits made by the Trust are reinvested into the local community. Hyndburn Leisure operate nine facilities, delivering a wide variety of services. It is an exciting time to start working in Hyndburn.

The Borough has recently been awarded £20 million through the Levelling up Fund programme to regenerate Accrington Town Centre. We are seeking an exceptional individual to champion, develop and lead our new Culture & Heritage Strategy: identifying and developing opportunities for growth; accessing resources from funding bodies; developing partnerships that grow audiences and participation and deliver a high quality aspirational and sustainable cultural offering in Hyndburn.

You will have a track-record of delivering high-profile programmes and campaigns and a good network of contacts from either a culture or heritage background. Extensive experience of fundraising, large-scale project development, monitoring data and budgets, audience engagement and working in partnerships with local, regional, and national stakeholders are a prerequisite.

**Salary**: From £38,296.00 per year
