Skilled Tailor/dress Maker

**Salary**: Paid weekly at hourly rate of £14 - £18 depending on experience. No cash in hand.

Vacancy open for 16 hours part-time work, with potential to increase hours based in our Lower Sunbury branch.

**Job purpose and duties**:

- To work under the direction of the operations manager and other key staff at the company
- Primary duties include providing customers a high quality level of alteration and tailoring services, from small repairs to full fittings.
- Good problem solving skills for customer coming with unique repairs and alteration problems.
- Making sure deadlines are met on time.

The location of work will be at our branch in Lower Sunbury at: 67A Thames Street, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 5QF

**Skills and competencies required**:

- Previous sewing and tailoring experience
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions
- Be able to work under pressure in a busy work environment
- Must always be punctual
- Complying with health and safety procedures at all times
- Be a team player

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience with customer service
- Experience working in a dry cleaners
- Full UK driving license
