Welling Architectural Ironmongery Limited, a wholesale supplier of glass and timber door hardware to the construction and fit out trade, currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Administrator.

This is a varied role however the main focus will be on purchase ledger and will include the following:
Monitoring the accounts inbox daily.

Taking incoming call for the accounts/purchasing department.

Assisting with the processing of the day-to-day purchase orders as required by the sales departments.

Resolving of purchase invoice queries and supplier returns.

Posting of purchase invoices, once agreed to the purchase order.

Ensure purchase ledger is kept up to date.

Generate monthly supplier payment run.
