Our client is looking for someone with diligence, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to retain information in confidence. They want someone who's confident in their ability to build a relationship with customers.

**Responsibilities include**
- Approval of Purchase Orders
- Tracking of Invoices with no PO
- Negative debtor management abiding to company policy
- Credit note approval
- VAT, PAYE and Corp. Tax payments
- Payments to Suppliers (Ad-Hoc)
- Asset Financing Management
- Reconciling company bank accounts and credit cards
- Checking and approving contract and ad-hoc invoices
- Month-end invoices
- Checking and Processing Expenses
- Managing Supplier Inboxes
- Purchase Ledger checks
- Price increase implementation management
- checking transaction lists

**Essential Skills**
- MS Office Knowledge
- Computer Literacy
- Numeracy Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Automated Accounting Skills
- Accounts Exec Experience
- Understanding of Accounting Practices

**Desirable Skills**
- Xero Experience
- AAT Qualifications
