**Thera South West **has an exciting opportunity available for a **Female Support Worker** to join our well-established and committed team in **Melksham. **You'll join us on a **permanent basis, with full-time, part-time and relief hours available.** In return, you will receive a competitive salary of**up to £27,023.78 per annum. *Salary is based on 2 Sleep ins a week £45 per sleep in**.

**About the role**:
As a valued **Female Support Worker **with Thera South West, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will be working in Melksham the location is a shared supported living house where 3 Females who love shopping, going out for lunch, cinema, going out to their social clubs, arts, and crafts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with different individuals with different needs which will give a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression.

You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.

**What do you need to become our Female Support Worker?**
- Full UK driving license is preferred but not essential- No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided- Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter, with a high level of motivation- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional- Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems- Desire to embrace our values and vision and have fun
