The Head of Marketing is also responsible for creating marketing material digitally and print based such as brochures, press releases, and other important documents, as well as coordinating with members of the sales team and outside agencies to help carry out his or her initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Lead a small team of marketing and sales professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure team success
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure marketing activities are executed within budget
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, webinars, and other content assets
- Develop and manage events as required to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with other team members, including sales and product development, to ensure effective alignment of marketing and business goals
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting to company leadership Schedule an in-house training for the marketing team on customer segmentation and targeting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex marketing concepts and strategies to non-marketing stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making
- Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The role is a 2 days a week role, with pay pro rata.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
