**Property Data Analyst | Permanent | £35-40,000 | Burton-on-Trent**
Cherry Professional are working alongside a leading **hospitality** business to recruit in their **growth** department. Reporting into the Property Director you’ll provide **expert analysis** of property **data** from **internal** and **external** sources to identify **performance**, **trends**, **exceptions**, root-causes, and **scenario** planning. This will be across all areas of property including capex, repairs & maintenance, acquisitions, disposals, rent events, energy and sustainability.
The role:
Create periodic Property **reports** for the Executives and Board.
Compile **property**, **investment** and **estate** activity for the Property Director on a periodic basis.
Project manage **key development** initiatives for the Property leadership team.
Demonstrate a love for **hospitality** to ensure our Partners receive the best **service**.
Organise, coordinate and direct property related **project** activities.
**Review** key outputs to determine **productivity** and **efficiency** gains.
Take ownership of day-to-day **tasks** and provide **solutions** for **optimisation**.
Manage relationships with stakeholders through **effective** and **professional** communication.
Be responsible for all **property workflow** reportage.
Manage the Estate Review data on the **workflow** program.
Work with all Property HODs to support them and their team with **analysis** and reporting.
Work with other teams to combine **data sources**, providing **insight** into making business **decisions**.
Identify adjustments and development of the workflow programme alongside the IT team to tailor it according to department needs.
Drive and Energy - Self-motivation and working to a strategy.
Analysis of detail and information / weekly organisation and call preparation.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Report writing - production of formal business style reports, updates and presentations.
Project Management experience.
Manage day to day demands of communication.
Excellent Microsoft Office and Workflow knowledge.
