Our Balfour Beatty **Highways** business has a terrific opportunity for a **Foreman - M4 **to join us to work on the **M4 J12 to J3, Reading.**

As a Foreman you will Supervise and lead a team of Section Foremen, Junior Foremen and Gangers for the Smart Motorway contract, and provide supervision for future contracts.

**What you'll be doing**
Some other key areas will include:

- Carry out Safety & Environment Tours as required by the Project H & S Plan
- Contribute to Accident / Incident Investigations
- Ensures that sufficient resources are allocated to the Works Section
- Have the ability to read and understand general programmes, understands the Project KPI’s and is able to make suggestions to improve performance

**Who we're looking for**
You will have the following:

- Relevant industry experience at supervisory NVQ level 3
- Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Holds a valid driving license and CSCS gold Card
- SMSTS

We would like you to have:

- Safety critical medical
- Good all round knowledge of earthworks, roadworks and drainage
