We are looking to for a Groundworker to join our team in Kent.

**About the Role**

You will join our team working on a 10 year contract with Moat Homes to carry out a variety of technical service tasks such as communal paving, road working, flagging and fencing within a social housing setting. You’ll manage all tools and equipment necessaryfor ground and building works, ensuring and materials ready prior to undertaking any tasks.. You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a mobile device with training provided, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellentcustomer experience.

**About You**

You will also be customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
