The company undertake a diverse and exciting range of Engineering projects within the Building,Highways & Transportation, Land Development, Rail and Water & Environment.

In this role you will be leading and co-ordinating the technical elements of large scale bat monitoring projects, you will be responsible for the technical quality of your own and the teams survey, analysis and reporting, you will be ensuring that project co-ordinationis carried out with good commercial awareness and financial control ensuring deliverables meet the clients needs. You will also be monitoring, planning and forecasting utilisation of the ecology team including contributing to upcoming bids and ensuring thateveryone is adhering to high levels of health and safety as well as good professional practise.

The Role:

- Senior Ecologist
- £42,000 - 52,000 (top end of that would be a Principal position)
- Leading a team on surveys and analysis
- Co-ordinating upcoming ecology projects including large scale bat surveys
- Take a leading role in promoting health, safety, welfare and sustainability/environmental matters in all areas of your work
- Collate plans and schedules and monitor work to meet deadlines, company quality assurance and other requirement
- Liaise and engage with clients and third parties as required

The person:

- 6 years + experience as an Ecologist
- Degree in relevant field
- Great communicator and well organized
- Be willing to travel to projects as and when required
