To assist in the delivery of a range of HR services across Bryson Charitable Group as directed by the HR Manager including recruitment & selection, attendance management, employee relations and the provision of management information.

HR Administrator (Ref:B/HRA/D/01)
Permanent, Full Time
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
35 hours per week
£20,000 per annum
Job Purpose: To assist in the delivery of a range of HR services across Bryson Charitable Group as directed by the HR Manager including recruitment & selection, attendance management, employee relations and the provision of management information.
The HR Admin as part of the HR team will provide all necessary support as required to HR management and the business as a whole. This will involve the processing of routine HR duties and dealing with line management and employee queries as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Ideally, currently studying for your CIPD qualification or have a certificate in personnel practice. - Minimum 1-year proven HR Administration experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint. - Previous experience using a HR Database Application.
