**Your new company**Our client is a global care provider for all sorts of people living in situations who require support. They offer short or long term assistance for family members who need taking care of on a day to day basis.
**What you'll need to succeed**The ability to work within a more technically focused 1st Line Support role, with experience providing both internal and external support. You will have at least a years worth of experience and be efficient when dealing with multiple tickets. You will needan excellent work ethic and strong customer service skills.
**What you'll get in return**The chance to work within a very rewarding role, for an excellent organisation that will allow you to improve your skills, work under tight SLA's and become an even more experienced and effective IT Engineer. Not to mention, you will be earning a very competitiveday rate whilst working from home for the majority of the week.
