P2d Co-ordinator Buckie or Arbroath

**Role**:P2D Co-ordinator

**Reporting to**:Site Technical Manager

**Site**:Buckie or Arbroath

**Shift Pattern**:Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

**Starting Pay**:£11.68 per hour

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uploading and collating trace information for P2D.
- Liaising with the supply chain to ensure raw material trace information is available and linked on P2D.
- Completing positive releases for customers as required.
- Completing and updating export documents as required.
- Review daily laboratory analysis results and ensure that products are tested according to schedule, liaising with the technical team.
- Collating and review of finished product label verification checks.
- Weekly generation of date coding schedules.
- To perform tasks that represent “reasonable requests” in line with the technical department, reporting any breaches in Food Safety or Quality to the Technical Manager or Technical Director.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally.
- A high level of attention to detail is essential.
