**Join our wonderful team of Support Workers in and around the Greater Manchester area.**

**Locations available: Bury, Prestwich, Radcliffe & Stockport.**

**Hours Available: Part time/Full Time & Bank - We offer flexible hours and pay staff for 15 minutes travel time each client visited throughout the working day.**

As a Support Worker you will be providing support to each person tenant in line with a Care Plan and the individual’s person centre support plan. You will help people live as tenants and citizens in the local community.
