**Job Summary**:
MULTI TRADER CONTRACTOR ORPINGTON £180-200 PER DAY

We are a property maintenance business based in Orpington covering the areas of Bromley, Bexley, Croydon, Dartford, and some parts of the surrounding area.

Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Property Maintenance Engineer who is looking to develop their career within a well-established and growing property maintenance company. Jobs are located throughout all of south and south eastLondon.

As a Multi Skills Property Maintenance Engineer you will be able to:

- Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance work (carpentry, tiling, roofing, basic plumbing, basic electrical, guttering, decorating, plastering, kitchen and bathroom refits and more) to residential managed properties
- Carry out fault finding and leak investigations
- Carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations
- Carry out exterior repairs to guttering, soffits, fascias, brick work, patios, fencing
- Work effectively as part of a team and individually
- Comply with Health & Safety systems and responsibilities.

You will need:

- A DBS checked
- Your own van
- UTR (Unique Tax Reference)
- Your own set of tools
