We are flexible and can offer part-time or full-time contract

**Your main responsibilities would be**:

- Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations - including, but not limited to managing shifts, performing opening/closing procedures, cashing up
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Represent needs of the team
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

**Holiday inn MediaCity UK is a vibrant in the Salford Quays media hub, with easy access to Old Trafford Stadium and city centre. The hotel consist of 218 guests rooms, 3 meeting rooms, 1 private dining room, restaurant, lobby bar, which serves Starbucks drinks and 24-hours reception.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.30 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
