**Job Title: Workshop / HSSEQ administrator**

**Location**:Kintore Aberdeenshire

**Department**:Workshop

**Reports to**:Stuart Birnie (workshop manager)

**Main purpose of role**:To support workshop and HSSEQ admin workload

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

The main purpose of this role is to assist the workshop team with all Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality (HSSEQ) tasks in the workshop and act as a vocal point between the workshop manager, technicians and the wider management team.

Main Duties:

- Review HSSEQ deadlines and drive outstanding actions to completion on time
- Assist the workshop with project related document control, updating insphire and maintaining all records
- Assist with Risk Assessments and all workshop admin with assistance from the workshop team
- Attend Monthly QHSSE meetings
- Assist with material requisitions
- Travel - organise all company personnel travel requirements including Inspection/Offshore personnel, in the most cost effective manner, through approved travel agency; organise and coordinate with travel agency all visa/work permit requirements as instructed ensuring all properly authorised and approved
- The job holder may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties, which they can be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for safety demonstrating safe behaviours

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Knowledge**:
Previous working knowledge of InspHire would be beneficial

**Skills & Competencies**:
Accurate typing figures and numbers essential; attention to detail critical; very neat, tidy worker, with high level of organisational skills in terms of records,.

**Qualifications and certification**:
SVQ 3 in Business Administration or modern apprenticeship in Business Administration would be beneficial

**Experience**:
Previous document control/certification experience would be beneficial

**Personal qualities**:
Team Worker; professionalism; initiative; independence; a passion for quality, safety, people and customer care; “Can Do” Attitude
