Your new company
Do you want to open a new home in a growing and developing children's service?
We are working with a small provider, with big ambitions who are looking for a Registered Manager to open a new children's residential home. As the company continues to expand, there will likely be further opportunities for progression.
Your new role
You will be overseeing the opening of and ongoing management of a new residential children's home, developing a staff team to support up to three individuals, some of whom may have EBD. As the manager of the home, it will be down to you to curate and grow acaring, stable and supportive environment for both children and staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- QCF Level 5 Children's & Young People (essential)
- Significant experience in a children's residential setting
- Experience opening a new home (preferred)
- Previous positive inspection reports (advantageous)

What you'll get in return
- £30,000 to £35,000
- The opportunity to work closely with a very experienced RI opening a new home
- Joining a developing and rewarding company with ambition to continue to grow and develop
