SF Recruitment are supporting a World leading Manufacturing business in recruiting for a Material / Production Planner to join the team on in Cradley Heath on a Contract Basis (Maternity Cover)

You will be responsible for managing the flow of product from the suppliers and subcontractors within the Production Plant.

Hours: Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: £30,000 p.a.

The Role:

- As the Material Planner, you will be responsible for managing supplier & subcontracting purchase orders.
- Monitor shipments.
- Lead in reported good receipt issues.
- Negotiate material availability considering customers requested delivery date.
- Process and manage production orders.
- Manage inventory, analyse stock differences and perform stock corrections if needed.
- Manage Supply Chain master data including supplier lead time and safety stock levels.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Material Planner / Production Planner role.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Purchasing & Production Planning.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
