The School Fundraising team is an important part of the Community Supporters department within the Income Generation directorate. The School Fundraising team are responsible for generating income from nurseries, primary schools and secondary school settings. We generate income by offering schools an exciting portfolio of termly fundraising events specifically targeted at the educational market. From our hero product, Number Day in the spring term to The Childhood Day Mile in summer and finally our new for 2024 Kindness Challenge for autumn there is a fundraising activity to interest all schools.

The role of the Fundraising Executive is to deliver specific activities in line with the current school fundraising portfolio and work with the team on new fundraising initiatives. This is a 6 month contract.

.The key aspects of the role are:

- To contribute to the team's purpose of maximising income from schools and nurseries.
- Support with the stewardship of schools and nurseries who have registered to take part in the termly fundraising events.
- To be involved in the digital marketing to schools and nurseries of the termly products.
- To support with the regular updating and reviewing of the School Fundraising Platform
- To undertake administrative tasks and processes that support the wider team's activity
- To work as part of the Schools Fundraising Team to deliver the overall department objectives


**This is an exciting role in a small team operating in a growth market. School Fundraising is entering a new phase in it's development as we launch our 3rd termly product into the educational market. The Fundraising Executive will play a pivotal role in the Schools Fundraising team helping us grow income and further develop our offering to schools and nurseries. You will have the opportunity to experience the full fundraising cycle from the marketing of the fundraising ask to evaluating the income and results and through this you will work with many departments from studio and digital to press and data processing.**
