Eclectic Recruitment are currently looking for a temporary Administrator to join their client immediately for the rest of the year, with the potential to be extended in to the new year. This role would be ideal for someone who is experienced with administrationwork and have the ability to hit the ground running.

**Job Spec**:

- **Keeping on top of office supplies and ordering equipment when required**:

- **Sorting incoming post/deliveries and distributing across the office**:

- **Typing up documents and proof reading**:

- **Other adhoc administration duties as required by the service coordinators**

**About You**:

- **Confident telephone manner**:

- **Able to prioritise work load**:

- **Previous experience in an office environment is desirable**:

- **High attention detail**:

- **Experienced with MS Packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel**
