My client are an industry leader in home energy efficiency with a focus on insulation They are a trusted partner to some of the big 6 energy suppliers and are currently looking to expand the team due to growth and are looking for an experienced Data Processorto join.

**The role**
- To support the team with all business critical admin tasks and processes with efficiency and accuracy
- Take responsibility for protecting/safeguarding a first class customer experience
- Assist each customer project through various stages and ensure the customer is kept updated at every stage
- To ensure all related admin targets and deadlines are met
- Support partnership relationships and ensure SLAs are achieved
- Ability to manage and process multi measure projects
- Liaise with all departments to arrange and plan surveys and installs
- Issue quotations, track and process them
- Make system updates in an accurate and timely manner
- Support all processing of customer information and documentation relevant to ECO
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Adherence to Data Protection GDPR and all other security related policies and procedures
- Adhere to all company rules/policies and procedures and work in a Health & Safety orientated environment
- Liaise with finance department over collection of monies

**Skills requirement**
- Working knowledge of Trustmark Code of Conduct
- Data Protection / GDPR Legislation competent
- Good attention to detail
