**Laundry Assistant**
**Location**: Langford View Care Home, Bicester, Oxfordshire
**Pay rate**: Up to £11.03 per hour
**Contracted hours**: 35 hours per week
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Laundry Assistant you’ll be responsible for providing a laundry service for our residents; this includes the operation of commercial washing, drying and finishing machinery. You’ll ensure the laundry area is safe, clean and tidy at all times and that all laundry is processed in an efficient and timely manner.
Some of our residents love to join in with simple laundry tasks, so you may sometimes find that you have extra help as you carry out your daily routines.
Langford View is a 60 bed Care Home situated in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The home offers quality residential, nursing, early-stage dementia and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting. We’re rated 9.7 by Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission.

You don’t need to have previous formal laundry or housekeeping experience, as we’ll give you the training and support you need.
