**Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;**

**As part of the commercial team activities include administration of contract and processes (e.g. Early warnings, compensation events). Application for payment, measure of complete works (including on site measures), Estimation of target costs and priced work for client**

**We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team where you will be responsible for supporting the administration of defined finance processes, including Accounts payable and Accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly into the relevant system(s) in a timely and accurate manner for the Taylor Woodrow South West Business Unit.**

**Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;**

**the role will be required to assist the commercial team and carry out the following**:

- **Carry out site measures of completed works on site**:

- **Analyse Data and create reports**:

- **Complete Administrative tasks**:

- **Processing and monitoring of Early Warnings and Compensation Events**:

- **Assist with Final accounts and targets**:

- **Assistance in dispute resolution and collaborative working with clients**:

- **Estimate and cost projects for the client**

**Skills required;**
- **Good organization and communication skills**:

- **Confident with Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, Teams)**:

- **Confidence in Maths and calculation**

**Experience required;**
- **Experience or knowledge of SAP and Papyrus (desirable)**:

- **Experience with NEC3 form of contract (desirable)**:

- **Previous experience in construction industry (desirable)**
