**Your Role: Care Assistant**
- **Hours**: Fixed day shifts, with clarity on weekend work. Our shift patterns include options for those who prefer working alternate weekends, ensuring both stability and flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle.
- **Pay**: A competitive hourly rate of £10.50, with opportunities for overtime.
