Estimating Surveyor

**Estimating Surveyor** is required to work for a leading specialist in the building envelope, in particular roofing. The Group employs in excess of 50 professionals carrying out more than £30 million worth of projects throughout the UK andEurope annually.

The successful Estimating Surveyor would thrive in a busy, high-pressured environment. Ideally, you will be polite, friendly, organised, confident, have a great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile in the position of Estimating Surveyor.The role is to support our Estimating Team, based at our Head Office in Pudsey, however it involves travelling around the United Kingdom therefore a full UK Drivers Licence is essential.

**Estimating Surveyor Duties**
- Attending sites across the UK, obtaining photographs and site-specific information to relay back to the Estimating Team
- Liaising with clients and Sub-contractors on a daily basis and building/ maintaining relationships
- Accessing roofs via Ladders, MEWPS, Scaffolding etc
- Extensive travelling and hotel stay where required
- Day to day liaison with the Estimating department
- Communication between Surveyors and Estimators
- Procurement of suppliers quotes and information
- Analysing tender documents
- Identifying trade specific requirements for projects

**Estimating Surveyor require**

**Estimating Surveyor Remuneration**
