**About the Role**:
**Baker at M&S Coventry Station**

Everyone regardless of age starts on **£10.42 **per hour.
- **
Additional £1.20 four hours worked between 12am and 6am**

We have **Full Time (37.5h a week) **permanent roles for an immediate start.
As Baker you will work variety of shifts between** 5:15am and 10:15pm** **including weekends** - **please check your transport connection to ensure you are available for early start prior to applying.**

**Responsibilities for Baker**:

- Manual handling duties both indoors and outdoors
- Work according to tight production schedules measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately and baking them
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
- Preparing In Store Bakery display for the morning handover according to the brand standards

**Requirements for Baker**:

- Many of our units sell alcohol - You must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible to serve and comply with licensing legislation.
- Previous experience in kitchen or bakery highly desirable
