Customer Care Executive

oPrevious experience within a sales role preferably making over 100 calls a day

oTarget driven

oStrong communication skills are essential, you must be comfortable engaging with clients and building relationships

oAbility to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative

oMust be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient character

**The role of a Telesales Executive**:
oTo carry out telesales calls promoting the company products and services, sales, aftersales and hire, and identifying new business opportunities

oTo carry out inbound and outbound telemarketing to maximise sales and profit opportunities for the sales/aftersales departments.

oTo conduct various telemarketing activities as directed and required

oTo update the CRM (Kerridge) system daily in respect of calls made and the capture and/or amendment of customer information

oRecord and pass on leads/enquiries or relevant information to sales, aftersales, hire colleagues as required for follow up

oTo liaise with sales and aftersales teams and marketing personnel to target prospects and customers

oTo update and cleanse database on Kerridge as required

oTo keep product knowledge and competitor awareness updated in order to increase the opportunity for sales

**Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and Saturday on rota basis, home working options available.
