Room Leader

Three Little Birds Nurseries are a small, well established group of individual nurseries. We offer a home from home environment with excellent resources for our staff, children and their families. We are looking for Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners with Room Leader experience to join our team. Our nurseries include spacious gardens, specialist Early Years, Visual Art, Performing Art and Sensory studios, making us a nursery like no other.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Providing a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for all children
- Building safe, secure and enabling relationships with all children
- Planning, observing and assessing your key children
- Bringing an enthusiastic, motivational and positive approach to your role
- Celebrating diversity within the nursery and working together to provide Outstanding care and education
- Creating a supportive professional partnerships with all families allowing children to reach their full potential
- Implementing new ideas and approaches
- Leading and inspiring team members
- Training and supporting team members
**Requirements or Skills**:

- A valid Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting
- Good communication skills, ability to adapt to change and willingness to lead and be part of a team
