Roles & Responsibilities:
This role will oversee and manage project initiatives within the Technical Services department. Responsible for developing safe systems of work, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement efforts, this role ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of attractions and facilities while prioritising the safety of guests and staff.

You will develop and enhance safe systems of work/standard operating procedures across all our Technical Services departments (Engineering, Facilities, Creative, Landscape), encompassing PPMs, Toolbox Talks, and Annual Maintenance Procedures. Collaborating with the Technical Compliance Manager you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, including leading projects and facilitating meetings to update senior management on project progress.

Along with taking charge of minor projects within the department, you will provide hands-on assistance and guidance for technical or procedural inquiries as needed. Taking full ownership of all technical documentation across the department, you will act as the lead when it comes to creating and maintaining this documentation. You will ensure thorough completion and review of risk assessments in accordance with company policies, as well as supporting the Technical Compliance Assistant Manager in conducting annual inspection tasks both internally, and with external inspection agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualifications in Engineering or Project Management preferred.
- Previous experience in engineering or within a theme park environment is advantageous but not required.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
- Experience writing and reviewing RAMs is ideal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving skills are valued.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
