**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing orders using internal systems
- Create, distribute and where necessary follow up quotations
- Liaising between clients and suppliers to provide an efficient and accurate sales channel
- Respond, process, and follow up warranty service requests and take appropriate action
- Picking, packing and distribution of stocked products from company warehouse
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the company e-commerce website
- Assist in the drawing and design process for bar projects using CAD
- Attend virtual and in person training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Along with such duties and responsibilities as may be determined by the Company from time to time

**Experience and Skills**

**Essential**:

- Strong customer focus with good communication skills (in person and on the telephone)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competence in writing business communications and proposals
- Good numeric skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Eagerness and ability to learn and develop new skills

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the catering equipment or catering industry
- Customer-facing or telephone sales experience
- Familiarity with web-based shopping software (e.g., WooCommerce) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Training will be provided on our internal systems, e-commerce software, and AutoCAD_

**Development**:
The role provides the opportunity to learn about the catering equipment industry, the suppliers and products within it through internal training, virtual supplier training, supplier visits and trade shows. The role also provides the opportunity to learn how to create site drawings and designs for bar and kitchen areas in hospitality venues using AutoCAD.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
