We are seeking a highly experienced PPC Marketing Executive who will work in our offices in Barnstaple.

**This is a permanent position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage online marketing activities.
- Manage and analyse Google Ads in order to ensure optimal results and increase ROI and business growth.

Create and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of online marketing, and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness to management.

Assist with making our website work better for us, being involved with improving and testing website design and user journeys with a goal of increasing volume and quality of enquiries.

As a PPC Marketing Executive, you will be maintaining and creating our paid search marketing and also involved with generally increasing the online marketing activities of the company.

First and foremost, you should have excellent PPC skills with a minimum of 4 years experience within a PPC role. In addition to paid search, we are looking for someone who is able to help us grow our business in other marketing areas. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and have a sense of achievement and self worth by making a positive impact upon the growth of our business.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Managing the day-to-day running of all marketing activities.
- Using analytical tools to evaluate performance and improve volume of enquiries/sales and improve ROI.
- Involved with improving the performance of the website.

**To successfully fill this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- Marketing Degree
- Extensive experience (Minimum 4 years in PPC role) of managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Shopping Ads experience.
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Google Analytics.
- Creative content writing skills, innovative and digitally smart.
- Great communication and organisational skills, with the ability and enthusiasm to work well as part of a team and also under own initiative.

**Desirable skills**
- Experience in using a web CMS (Wordpress / Magento)
- Knowledge and experience in SEO
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly

Work Location: Barnstaple

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
