Wedding Coordinator Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Doubletree By Hilton Cadbury House, Bristol South for a Wedding Co-ordinator. This is a key role within our busy Sales and Events team requiring a highly motivated and passionate individual.
- Flexible working hours; you must be flexible to work weekends and evenings should they meet our clients requirements or business needs
- Strong attention to detail; We plan a couples Special Day and a keen eye is key for this role as you will be preparing and submitting quotes, contracts and invoices on behalf of the Hotel
- Promote, sell and ensure the smooth running of weddings within the Hotel by communicating with couples, suppliers and your team
- Willing to learn and go above and beyond what is asked to achieve every task with 100% passion and enthusiasm
- Take ownership of your Wedding department and work with your team to drive business to your department and produce innovative ways to improve revenue growth per quarter
- Be organised; manage your personal diary and the Weddings Team diary, organising internal Wedding events to promote your department, manage internal Menu Taster events and invent new ways to sell and upsell
- Tracking all enquiries in order to improve your conversion rate
- Remaining aware of revenue and forecasting for each quarter
