If so, Northamptonshire Carers have a great hybrid working role,
**up to 30 hours**
**per week**, any days / hours between Monday to Friday with some evening session and weekends, as an Ethnic Minority Group Facilitator for unpaid carers across the county of Northamptonshire
**. This is a growing team and you will support learning of diversity and inclusion within the organisation.**

**What you'll be doing**:
The post holder will work alongside the Ethnic Minority Carer Development Worker and report to the Ethnic Minority Carer Lead. To identify Carers who have the responsibility of looking after others as their unpaid informal Carer. Using the co-production model, you will organise, operate activities and/or groups which reflect and are of interest to the needs of these overlooked Carers.

- Ability to build relationships easily with communities
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS Clearance
