**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
- Mix ingredients, measure quantities, and monitor baking times and temperatures
- Decorate and present baked goods to our high standards
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven experience with sourdough as well as yeasted doughs

Pay: £11.44-£12.44 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
