**Who will I be working for?**

**What will I be doing?**
This is an all-round administration role, that will encompass all areas of the business and my client would love someone who is proactive and loves to get stuck in. There will be lots of opportunity to get involved in new things, as the company grows.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
**Office/Facilities**
- Manage office facilities, arrange and oversee general repairs and maintenance, manage cleaning contractors, manage communications with landlord.
- Track stocks of office supplies including stationery and manage coffee/fruit deliveries.
- Scans and file documents to SharePoint as needed.
- Administer certain supplier accounts such as: Zoom, DocuSign, Adobe.
**Administration Support**
- Organise Board and committee meetings, schedule appointments and arrange catering during company events.
- Create agendas and takes meeting notes.
- Create travel itineraries for CEO and other C-suite individuals; manage hotel bookings.
**HR**
- Draft job descriptions.
- Populate templates for Offer Letters and Employment Contracts.
- Obtain references.
- Liaise with HR benefits providers, update BambooHR software platform.
- Input expenses and invoices.
**What skills and experience are required?**
- Excellent MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational/record-keeping/prioritisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people.
**What else do I need to know?**
This is a permanent, part-time position. Based in Botley, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Flexibility as to days and working hours (typical working day is 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm, but part-time would also be considered).
