You will need to implement targets for OEE and make sure necessary improvements are in place. You will develop and implement plans with team leaders to improve performance and ensure equipment change over targets are monitored and met. You will also be required to introduce and oversee SMED (Single Minutes Exchange of Dies) to drive the reduction of equipment setup times.

Ideal Requirements:

- Worked in a leadership / management role within a manufacturing company using metal forming and fabrication equipment
