This is an immediate start for at least 1 month if not longer.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

Supporting the Administration and Reception Teams with patient registration, booking appointments and processing of administration using the EMIS system.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

- Answering and transferring calls and dealing with patient requests
- Booking appointments using EMIS system
- Processing the daily post
- Filing and storing patient records
- Processing changes to patient records
- Inputting data to patient records
- Maintaining a tidy and effective working area
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Processing prescription requests

Person Specification:

- Experience using EMIS is essential.
- GP Surgery experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
