**Salary**: £25,000 basic + Commission (Uncapped)

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
- Friday: 10:00 - 19:00 (Early Finish)
- No Weekends

We are partnered with a leading financial services company specialising in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA). They are dedicated to helping individuals manage their debts and achieve financial stability. Their team is expanding, and they are seeking motivated Telesale Closers to join them in Cheadle.

**Job Overview**:
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for driving the generation of high-quality leads within the financial services sector, specifically focused on Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle qualified IVA leads that have been generated by the lead gen team
- Utilise industry knowledge in financial services to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in closing sales within the financial services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
