**Job Overview**
You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard.
You will work closely with Sales, Estimating, Purchasing and Production and will form strong, long-lasting relationships with the client.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Sales and Estimating to receive project order information
- Liaise with the client to confirm project requirements, scope and objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules based on the above
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Identify and analyse risks and opportunities and highlight at the earliest opportunity
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact for the project and communicate project status to all participants internally and externally
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Assist with the preparation of cost estimates and budgets, and track project expenditures to ensure they remain within budget
- Conduct regular cost reviews and value engineering exercises to identify cost saving opportunities

- Previous experience in a commercial scheduling role, with a strong background in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Good problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced, and sometimes pressured, environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,675.00-£26,000.00 per year
